After the phenomenal global success of The Prison Confessions of Gypsy Rose Blanchard on Crime + Investigation and Crime + Investigation Play, a brand new docuseries has been announced to chronicle the life of Gypsy Rose Blanchard after her release from prison.

Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up is airing Mondays at 9pm on Crime + Investigation and also streaming weekly on Crime + Investigation Play.

This new series follows Gypsy Rose as she experiences life as a free woman, including finally living with her husband, Ryan Anderson, whom she married while behind bars. It is an authentic, raw and revealing look at her new life on the outside. From the joyful moments when she is finally free to make her own decisions for the first time in her life, to the challenges of navigating life and relationships while still facing the after-effects of her tragic past.

In this delayed coming-of-age story, Gypsy Rose grapples with the abuse she suffered at the hands of her mother while dealing with her new-found notoriety, fame and place within pop culture. However, the biggest challenge she faces is her attempt to forge her brand-new identity in a ‘normal’ world as a wife, sister, daughter and – most importantly of all – a free woman.

The Prison Confessions of Gypsy Rose Blanchard is available on demand to Sky and Virgin customers, as well as on Crime + Investigation Play.

Covering the case that everyone was talking about, The Prison Confessions of Gypsy Rose Blanchard showcased Gypsy Rose telling the story of her mother's murder in her own words, while she waited to find out the results of her parole appeal.

As a victim of Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy, Gypsy Rose was abused by her own mother for years and had been trapped for her entire life. In fact, she even stated that arriving at prison was the first time she had ever felt truly free. Debating whether she was a murderer or a desperate victim, The Prison Confessions of Gypsy Rose Blanchard gave a rare glimpse into this unique case with exclusive and explosive access to Gypsy Rose and key family members.
