Stephen French was an ex-solider turned pub landlord living in the small town of Wisbech. Known for his short temper, his life was about to change when a rowdy customer walked into his bar. 999 Killer on the Line investigates domestic crime cases in which the murderer chillingly made the 999 emergency call themselves in order to mask their guilt. Each episode contains interviews with the victim’s friends and family members, interspersed with dramatic reconstruction and a strong narrative.
