Bodies on the Bridge

In July 2024, a man is stopped on Bristol’s Clifton Suspension Bridge dragging a heavy suitcase through the darkness. Minutes later he disappears. When police open the case, they uncover human remains. A second suitcase is found nearby. They contain the dismembered bodies of two men. Bodies on the Bridge explores the murders of Albert Alfonso and Paul Longworth - a couple whose private lives would become the subject of national scrutiny after their deaths. As detectives begin a complex investigation stretching from Bristol to London, they uncover a relationship that defies easy explanation.
