Brothers in Blood Leopold and Loeb arrested for 'perfect crime'

Socialites Nathan Leopold and Richard Loeb believed they could commit the perfect crime by kidnapping and killing a random child believing the difficult part would be collecting the ransom without being caught.

It took the police 10 days to catch them. Leopold left his glasses at the scene. The ransom note was in elegant English and when the two were interviewed, they didn’t have matching alibis.
