It was a sad New Year for the family of Fred Kellett. Over 30 patients of Dr Shipman had now died but it’s worth perhaps quoting the findings of the Shipman Inquiry.
“There are many cases in which I have been able to say that I am sure the death was natural and that Shipman was not in any way involved. There are also some in which I think it likely, or even very likely, that the death was natural and that Shipman was not involved.”
Unfortunately, Fred Kellett wasn’t one of those. Happy New Year!
