Kenneth Bianchi, one of the killer cousins behind the Hillside Strangler, came up with a bizarre escape strategy whilst in jail. He persuaded a female groupie to smuggle out some of his semen and then kill again with his modus operandi, ‘proving’ the wrong man had been arrested.
However, his follower wasn’t as good a killer as he was and failed to kill her target. Other attempts to escape prosecution included him inventing multiple personalities.
