Shipman kills one of the few patients for whom he’ll be convicted

As Shipman falsified his records and recommended cremation to his victims’ relatives, he was only prosecuted for 15 of his estimated 300 victims. In order to prosecute, the body of Irene Turner had to be exhumed. Her body was found to have levels of morphine consistent with the administration of a fatal dose.
