As a boy, he’d poisoned himself, his family, his stepmother fatally, and been sent to Broadmoor. He had been released as a man, promising to poison again. He moved into a hostel and one resident experienced such agonising stomach cramps that he committed suicide.
Young soon found work and was much liked, due to his willingness to make everyone tea. Of course, this was simply his means of distributing and delivering his poison.
