Women on Death Row

This new and exclusive series follows the stories of women who have been sentenced to the ultimate punishment – the death penalty. Today, 2,738 inmates are living on death row in America and only 51 of them are women. Six women share their unique stories during Women on Death Row, one of which is a British citizen.

The show gives full access to the journeys of these women, starting with the crimes and convictions that brought them to this position, before exploring the struggles of living in prison while knowing they’ll never be released.

Through never-before-seen footage from inside each prison, haunting recordings and first-person interviews, we navigate through the maze of death row to intimately witness these women’s stories.

Women on Death Row will be available to stream on Crime + Investigation Play from Thursday, 24th August.

Murder Detective

In this returning UK Crime + Investigation commission, Murder Detective follows former Surrey Police senior detective and criminologist Graham Hill as he is joined by forensic scientists and insider experts to share his proficient understanding of how the cases were cracked.

Each episode includes key witness testimonies, interviews, forensic and psychological experts, and archive footage to take viewers through the modern techniques that solved these cases.

Season two of Murder Detective will be available to stream on Crime + Investigation from Tuesday, 8th August. Season one is available to stream now.
