From 8 December, the Crime+Investigation service will no longer be available via the app or the website and direct subscriptions will end.
You can continue to stream Crime+Investigation by subscribing through Amazon Prime Video.
When will the Crime+Investigation app no longer be available?
The Crime+Investigation app will no longer be available from 8 December 2026.
Where can I continue watching Crime+Investigation content?
You can continue to enjoy Crime+Investigation content through Amazon Prime Video.
Will my subscription automatically transfer to Amazon Prime Video?
No. Your existing subscription will not automatically transfer. You will need to start a new subscription through Amazon Prime Video. Pricing and availability are determined by Amazon Prime Video.
If You Are Subscribed Through an App Store
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Amazon Appstore, your subscription is managed directly by the respective app store.
Apple App Store
What do I need to do if I subscribed through the Apple App Store?
If you subscribed to Crime+Investigation through the Apple App Store, you would need to cancel your subscription through Apple. If you do not cancel your subscription, it may automatically renew and you could continue to be charged for a service that will no longer be available. Your access to Crime+Investigation will continue until the end of your current subscription period or 8 December 2026, whichever comes first. Any eligible refund will be processed directly by Apple. Please contact Apple for information about refund eligibility and the refund process.

What do I need to do if I subscribed through the Web?
Your subscription will be cancelled automatically. You do not need to take any action to cancel your subscription, and no further payments will be taken. If your subscription ends on or before 8 December 2026, you will continue to have access until your current subscription end date.
If your subscription extends beyond 8 December 2026, your access will end on 8 December 2026, and you will receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
Do I need to cancel my subscription?
No. If you subscribed directly through the Crime+Investigation website, your subscription will be cancelled automatically.
Can I still be charged?
Your subscription will be cancelled automatically and no further subscription payments will be taken.
Will I receive a refund?
If your subscription extends beyond 8 December 2026, you will receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription. Eligible customers will receive a refund notification, and refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
How will my refund be calculated?
Any applicable refund will be based on the unused portion of your subscription remaining after the service closes.
Who can I contact if I have questions about the changes to my Crime+Investigation subscription?
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Amazon Appstore, your subscription is managed directly by the relevant app store. Please direct any questions about cancellations or refunds to that app store.
