Rafat Chodhury was a 46-year-old, hard working husband and father of two girls. He was an immigrant from Bangladesh and had never had a brush with the law.

In fact, he sometimes worked 90-hours a week to put food on the family table and keep a roof over their heads.

He also murdered his cheating wife with blows to the head with a hammer.
