Coming Soon
On 12th February 2005 Robert Oliver Scribner, 21, of Calgary, Alberta, Canada, fatally stabbed Cari Lynn Gaulton, his 17-year-old girlfriend.
Later described as “basically a good, sensitive and hard-working kid” by his lawyer, Scribner was in despair on the morning of the murder. The reason for his unhappiness was that he suspected Gaulton was cheating on him with one of his friends. The incident took place inside his father’s home. Scribner had a knife and was vaguely threatening to commit suicide. When Gaulton told him “to just do it”, he became enraged and in the heat of passion, turned the knife on her instead.
