Two San Francisco lawyers, Marjorie Knoller and Robert Noel were arrested on murder charges after their neighbour died at the hands of their dog.
According to authorities, the lawyers owned two large Presa Canario dogs, named Bane and Hera. The dogs had a long history of attacks. In a controversial trial, Marjorie was tried for second-degree murder. She was convicted by a jury, after the district attorney presented evidence that the lawyers were involved in a questionable attack dog breeding ring. However, at sentencing the trial Judge reversed the verdict. SPECIAL FEATURES
