When Linda Jones called police to tell them that three men have broken into her home and beaten her husband to death, the cops suspect a home invasion burglary gone wrong. That is, until they arrest one of the men involved who reveals that the crime was far from random and Linda far from innocent.

Linda and Jack Jones had been married for 30 years when she and her husband were attacked in their home and Jack was beaten to death. The brutal crime remained a mystery until one of the attackers was arrested. He claimed Linda was jealous of Jack's affair with a younger woman and paid him and his friends to kill Jack. Further investigation corroborated the attacker's story and Linda was charged and convicted of conspiracy to murder her husband.
