30 September - Jack the Ripper kills third and fourth victims in one morning

Jack killed twice in the early hours of this morning. It’s believed he killed his fourth victim, Catherine Eddowes, only because he was disturbed during the mutilation of his third victim, Elizabeth Stride. Her throat was still bleeding when her body was discovered. The body of Catherine was desecrated in the familiar way. Her intestines were over her shoulder and part of her womb had been removed.
